BELL MOBILITY
Bell Mobility was the first Wireless Service Provider to adopt the suite of real time telecom expense management solutions from Anomalous Networks. They were continually having customer support issues with their critical enterprise customers over unexpected overage charges on their bills. Bell realized that offering their customers a self managed solution to control their own use would eliminate barriers to adoption of their mobile broadband solutions, reduce support costs and customer churn and increase customer loyalty. Once all of the solutions passed their rigorous Certification Testing they quickly became a customer, reseller and strategic partner.

STRATEGIC PARTNER
Anomalous Networks and Bell have been working on important new solutions that make it easier for business customers to adopt mobile broadband solutions. A good example of this is the recently launched Trial Management System. All Bell business customers who trial a data device can get a detailed usage report automatically generated from the Telicost Server that tells the potential customer what their usage patterns were and calculates the optimal data plan for them to purchase.
