END USER ALERTING AND AUDIT TRAIL MODULE

Most carriers offer SMS and possibly email communications to their subscribers to alert them about plan threshold limits or promotional offers for new plans or devices. These messages are easy to ignore and/or loose. These messages also do not give the carrier proof that the user has interacted with the message.The User Notification Module can give vibrating and pop up alerts that interact with the user that demand attention and capture user responses in a server side audit trail. Besides providing messages to the user the module can enforce policies on the device such as closing data intensive applications or turning off radios when users surpass plan limits or roam internationally.These notifications can also prompt the user to upgrade their plan or purchase a new device. These dynamic and interactive messages can also be used to broadcast emergency messages or present advertising content.
