TRAIL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
It is common for carriers to lend devices to business customer to “trial” the device. Commonly at the end of this trial the user remains unclear on how they used the device and what plan they should purchase for the device. Our Trial Management system can be used during these trials to monitor all of the data, voice and SMS usage on the device. Once the trial is complete our server can generate a detailed usage report that is automatically emailed to the customer and/or carrier sales person in PDF format. This system can be combined with our Plan Optimization module to calculate the optimal plan for the customer to purchase. This system has been field proven to reduce sales cycles on mobile devices.
