IMPORT/EXPORT
At the heart of the Telicost Server is a Database that contains all of the usage data collected from the apps. This means that historical data can be imported into the system or data can be exported from the system to create custom reports. Therefore, if the preconfigured reports in Telicost do not match your needs you will easily be able to export the data and create your own custom reports using which ever reporting system you are comfortable with. The Anomalous Networks Professional Services team is available to create custom reports for your organization.
