Anomalous Networks Telicost Subscription Terms & Conditions

Your annual Telicost subscription will renew each year on your purchase date until you cancel. Your credit card will be charged CDN $60.00 per user, per year, plus applicable sales tax. You will receive a receipt via email when your card has been charged. If your card cannot be charged, your subscription will be suspended and you will need to update your card information in order to resume using your subscription.

All pricing and purchases will be in Canadian dollars.

Annual subscription pricing requires a one-year commitment. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the one-year commitment period, you will not receive a full refund. We will refund a pro-rata portion of your purchase price of your most recent renewal (or initial subscription purchase if the subscription was never renewed). The pro-rata amount is calculated as the percentage of the purchase price left if the subscription had been billed at a monthly rate over the already used term.  To change or cancel your subscriptions, please email web_sales@anomalousnetworks.com. 

To complete your subscription purchase, please agree to these terms and conditions by checking the box below. Use of this product signifies your agreement to the Terms of Use, and all of the terms and conditions in the product End User Licence Agreement and the Online Privacy Policy. 

Your subscription will start as soon as the transaction is complete and your credit card has been charged.
